TAKE NOTICE that tenders are invited for the purchase of the land(s) described below and will be received until 3:00 p.m. local time on November 23, 2020, at the Town Offices, 8 Main Street, PO Box 38, Kearney, Ontario, P0A 1M0.
The tenders will then be opened in public on the same day at 3:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers in the Town Offices. As the Council Chambers can only safely social distance a maximum of 14 people maintaining a physical distance of at least 2 metres from every other person, in-person attendance will be limited. Those that cannot attend in person, or are not comfortable attending in person, will be accommodated by electronic means. If you wish to attend by electronic means please contact the Treasurer by telephone or email at the telephone number or email address set out in this notice prior to the tender opening and preferably not later than 12:00 noon on November 23rd and you will be provided with a link to observe the proceedings.
